Pricing & MOQ
Urbags.com requires a minimum order for each catalog respectively as below:

REMARK:

1. Above MOQ amount should be excluding the freight charges.
2. Any order less than above MOQ AMOUNT will be consider by the company management.
3. we will weight and calculate the freight charge after receiving your confirmed order along with total value of the goods send to you confirm before you make the payment.
4. Freight charges pertaining to the goods are to be paid by customer. All international buyers are responsible for all possible customs duties, taxes, fees and observances of local customs restrictions.
5. Discounts are given for larger purchases:
   5% Discount applied if customer spends over $1000.00 before shipping.
   10% Discount if customer spends over $2500.00 before shipping.
   This Discount cannot be combined with other promotion offers or free shipping. Discount pricing format is based on each individual order. Discount will be applied to paper invoice sent with the order. You will not see the discount listed on the automatic invoice that is generated after checkout!!!

Drop Shipment/Drop Shipping
Any drop shipment / drop shipping request will be charge extra US$ 5.00 as handling fee and depends on the forwarder proceeding request.

From Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (GMT+8 in Bejing)
Saturday: 10:00AM to 5:00 PM. (GMT+8 in Bejing)
Return Policy
We only allow returns for damage merchandise or for items received in error; any returns should be inform our sales representative within 5 business days from the date you received.
Undamaged merchandise returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and return them in their original condition at your own expense freight within 5 business days of shipment receipt.
Please include your order # and a copy of your invoice with the returned items marked. Please give instructions for a store credit or replacements.
Merchandise sent back without prior approval will be disregarded.
Shipping Policy
Merchandises will be shipped via the delivery method you selected on our URBAGS.COM and are subject to your selective delivery method standards and regulations and delivery limitations.Urbags.com makes every effort to ship all orders within the lead-time after getting the payment receipt of purchase, Monday to Friday, or according to availability of stock.
Couriers Charge or Shipping prices are calculated at the time of shipment and send to you by email.

Payment Methods
Urbags.com accepts the following payment methods:

2. Bank Transfer or T. T.. (applicable for USD 500 or above)

Details will be given via a confirmation email once an order is placed
Your current billings address and phone information must be included with every order. For safety and security reasons,
orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file or email with your request.
Please note that your order will be processed and send only after we received your order payment with couriers charge or freight.

Terms

• No samples (except production item, details pls go for our www.ebagup.com).
• Order payment need to proceed within 7 working days after you received our confirmed message by email. Please send copy or any information via email to inform our sales representative of the payment you did. Any delay without notifying our sales representative will treat as order invalidation. We not guarantee stock quantity if any delay occurred.
• We are selling our goods every minute and won’t keep goods for customer until we get your fully payment, if any stock changed we will inform you before shipment.
• We reserve the right not to ship an order if the previous order has not been fully paid.
• Notify Urbags.com sales representative within 48 hours before the delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.
